The Karboğazı Holiday Village Urban Design Project was approached in accordance with local planning legislation and relevant regulations; urban design decisions were developed within this framework. Throughout the project, the natural structure of the area was preserved, and the building layout, open space system, transportation layout, and functional distribution were planned using a holistic approach.
Ski slopes conforming to international standards, accommodation areas, commercial and social facilities have been evaluated in line with environmental sustainability principles, with energy efficiency and the conservation of natural resources among the basic design criteria.
