The site's distinctly sloping topography was one of the key parameters guiding the design decisions. The mass placement was conceived to adapt to the slope of the land; workshop gardens, a ceremonial area, and open sports areas, defined at different levels, utilized the spatial possibilities offered by the topography in a holistic and efficient manner.
